What would that feel like for you? What size is that for you?
For me, it’s a healthy size 6. As of today, I am a long way away but I’m going to make it happen by detoxing my cells and colon, eating a well-balanced diet, drinking 3 liters of water per day, exercising 3-5 times per week, and consuming high-quality nutritional supplements because I know the food nowadays are nutrient depleted.
I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my adult life. The smallest jean size I can remember wearing was a size 8, that was back in 2005. Over the last 5 years, I’ve lost weight and gained it over and over again. I’m totally fed up with the yoyo dieting and am ready to create a sustainable lifestyle that will help me not only release 120lbs but keep it off.
Before starting this process AGAIN, I sat down and thought about the times when I lost weight successfully. I wrote down things that I did, what I ate, and who I was in constant contact with.
What I discovered was that the reason I successfully lost 72lbs in 6 months was because of my environment. I had an amazing accountability circle! I was obsessed with getting healthy and immersed in a community of people who were obsessed too.
And you know what? It’s not easy, however, it felt like ALL of us crushed our goals with ease… Yes, with ease! It can feel so hard when you’re doing things alone but when you have a group of COMMITTED people doing something with you, it just gets easier.
