OMG you have to try this shake!! Growing up I used to dislike oatmeal, but not anymore. I have it nearly EVERY DAY of the week. Below you’ll find the recipe that I use to gain energy before I workout and it has helped me lose weight. I usually add it into my breakfast shake.

Quaker Oats Shake Recipe
- 8oz Unsweetend Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/4 Cup of Quaker Oatmeal
- 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
- I use 1 scoop of this protein powder
- 1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
