Quaker Oats Shake Recipe
8oz Unsweetend Vanilla Almond Milk 1/4 Cup of Quaker Oatmeal 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter I use 1 scoop of this protein powder because it’s from cows that roam free and not injected with antibiotics or hormones. (Comes with new larger scooper.) 1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
